This years' Annual Celebration Dinner and Charity Golf Day will take place on the 17th and 18th April.

The Annual Celebration Dinner 

The dinner follows the BGIA AGM (14.30) and is kindly supported by Today’s Golfer and Golf World. Members’ guests are welcome to attend the Dinner, but the AGM is open to members only.


19:00 guests arrive at Woburn Golf Club and are seated for 19:30.

The BGIA Charity Golf Day

The Golf Day raises funds to support The Golf Foundation.Team entry also includes 4x places at the Annual Dinner on the evening of the 17th.

Course Details

Set within 200 acres of mixed woodland the Marquess course overlaps the county boundary dividing Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire. It hosted the first of 2 British Masters and the English Amateur Championship in 2011. Since 2014, it has been one of 4 courses in the country to be used to stage Final Qualifying for The Open Championship.  In October 2015, The British Masters was again staged on the Marquess course and in July 2016 it staged The Ricoh Women’s British Open.’


Shotgun start. Teams of four. Stableford.  

Best two scores to count except on Par 3’s. 3/4 handicap. Team prizes will be awarded for the top 3 teams.


09.00 Coffee and bacon rolls available.

10.00 Shotgun start.

15.00 Buffet lunch followed by the prize presentation.
